Research Products Notice: All products sold by GiveMePeptides are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict quality standards required for scientific work, our return policy is limited as described below.
Not Eligible for Returns
- ×Opened or partially used vials
- ×Products that have been reconstituted
- ×Products not stored according to instructions
- ×Orders where incorrect dosage or product was ordered by the buyer
- ×Products past the stated expiration date
Eligible for Resolution
- Unopened vials received in damaged condition
- Wrong product shipped (our error)
- Missing items from your order
- Product that does not match advertised specifications
How to Report an Issue
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email hello@givemepeptides.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos of the product and packaging if reporting damage.
- Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
